Ana Paula Oliveira bio

Ana Paula Oliveira (born May 26th, 1978) was born in Campinas, So Paulo. She's appeared on screen in Woman on Top (2000), Sem Fio (2009) and A Indomada (1997). Ana Paula Oliveira became a participant in the Global Initiative Against Transnational Organized Crime (GI-TOC) in March 2020. She's currently an integral core team for multilateral engagement member and an analyst for the Assassination Witness program. The GI TOC's research focuses on murders (including disappearances) or violence as well as other types of crime in relation to illicit economies. In addition to organized crime, her research is centered on the human rights implications as well as human rights law in the international context. Ana Paula holds an LL.M with a laude cumulus with a laude International Law by the Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies in Geneva. She also holds an LL.M in Public Law and an MBA in International Relations by Fundacao Getulio Vargas in Rio de Janeiro. Ana Paula earned a magnacum laude Bachelor's degree in Legal as well as Social Sciences at the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro. She is a lawyer with a license and has worked in a law firm focusing on legal issues involving public law for more than four years. In addition, she worked in assisting posts at non-governmental institutions located within Rio de Janeiro, and Geneva.
